The "D" Word
There are many different ways to change your eating habits - what you eat and how you eat it. Say the word DIET, and immediately you think "I'm not going to be able to eat anything I like, I can't go out with my friends, or I'm going to be hungry all the time". But lucky for you, there is a whole world of nutritious, great-tasting food out there, and you can have a field day trying different things; yes, it's trial and error, but by experimenting with new products and modifying familiar ones, you can be successful. Every restaurant in town is competing with the next one to bring you healthier menues; yes, you have to read the menu and make the right choices, but the options are there. The more effort you put into devising an eating plan that you are happy with, the better chance you have of developing lifestyle changes that become your new habits. This brings success, which of course always feels great - and looks great! Melissa
